I help senior leaders, executives, cultural leaders, public figures and individuals develop the courage, resilience and emotional intelligence to lead with authenticity, wisdom and lasting impact.

My work is grounded in more than two decades of supporting human growth, leadership and transformation across diverse cultures and contexts, integrating evidence-informed psychology with practical, compassionate coaching that creates meaningful and sustainable change.

With a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Child and Adolescent Mental Health, and accreditation as an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I bring together psychological insight, leadership development and coaching expertise to help people thrive both personally and professionally. I am also a member of the British Psychological Society and its Special Group in Coaching Psychology, ensuring my work continues to be informed by current research and best practice.

Over the past twenty years, my work has taken me across England, Southern Spain and Gibraltar, and today I work internationally through executive coaching, leadership development programmes, keynote speaking and my online practice.
