Vision Quest Retreat
Time to reflect, discover and start creating the next phase of your life
A personal reflection experience for teenagers (15-18 years)
A vision quest is a rite of passage inviting those who are making the journey from their teenage years into young adulthood to explore their path, purpose and potential in life. During this 4-day in-school personal development experience, teenagers are invited to discuss love, life and living their truth, while enjoying creative, nature-based and fun-filled activities, including: mindfulness medicine walks, vision and values mood boards, journaling, while gaining valuable life skills that foster self-esteem and social confidence. The purpose of this experience is to give teenagers a space to consider the year ahead, the personal objectives they wish to achieve, the growth areas they wish to give energy to, the challenges they wish to work through, how they wish to experience the year, and the success stories they wish to celebrate at the end of this academic year.
